During this period, you may request that our support staff completely migrate your account from a competing host to one of our servers. We will schedule the best migration time for you, and plan all aspects including DNS changes, propagation, and final migration of data.

Alternatively, you may provide us with full cPanel backups of the accounts you wish to restore to our servers, and we will restore the individual backups which you provide.
